These are roughed in drawings at a smaller scale for storyboards.
I try to keep the roughs small to keep from getting lost in the details and large enough to focus on what the main expression of the shot.
This keeps me from losing focus and spending time on things other than storytelling.
What these shots represent is a sequence in my upcoming project Detonator. The city is in ruins and a resistance force is trying to identify the source of a recent explosion. They're not ready for what they discover and have to prepare with what little they have to take on more than a rogue military force.
